ENVIRONMENT
Construction waste accounts for roughly 30% of all solid waste materials sent to landfills each year. Endura Performance Homes utilizes local recycling programs to divert 95% of our construction waste from landfills. If your project requires demolition, we explore opportunities to re-use materials in your new project or re-purpose as much of the usable materials as we can through local programs like Habitat for Humanity's ReStore and Odom Re-use.

COMMUNITY
Outside of what we provide for our clients, Endura Performance Homes actively participates in our community by helping improve the way we build homes in Northwest Michigan. Through group presentations and an active leading role as project manager for our local Habitat for Humanity, our goal is to inform and educate our community about cost-effective ways to build a better home than what our government currently requires. We feel it is our responsibility as a local builder to help others understand the benefits of building smarter.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
One of my most rewarding undertakings as a builder has been to serve as Project Manager for our Grand Traverse Region Habitat for Humanity. Surely there is no better endorsement for green building techniques than the simple fact that they make owning a home more affordable.
